Add crossfader

... for a smooth cross transition of the end of one composition to the beginning of another. With the ability to indicate in the Fade Duration settings in milliseconds, that is, the size of the overlap.

Nuclear only loads the stream for the current track, for a number of reasons. This would require loading the next stream ahead of time, and additionally, to replace the current audio player implementation, and it will impact features like shuffle (because we need to know what's going to play next). So there's a lot of additional work involved in implementing this, reducing the probability of it happening.
