GPU button for create container

We have no button for "gpu" enablement for when creating a container (the equivalent of --gpu all on the CLI).

Describe the solution you'd like

Have a GPU button / list of GPU's to pass in when creating a container.

Currently no clear path to implement as the podman API does not support enabling GPU for containers. See additional context for more details.
