recovery of VET after sending to the wrong blockchain

Hello, I have a big problem: I sent VET from an exchange to one of my VET subaccount addresses (Local account with 5 subaccounts) But (because I didn't have too many solutions offered on the BNBsmartchain , the transaction is visible on the BSCscan. I asked for help from Ledger because my Sync account is linked to my Ledger key, the assistance told me to proceed as on the link, but the problem is that the Ledger's assistance is not at all up to date and should rather have moved to a Chat model, because.....my help request tickets are closed automatically because (although I respond to their emails) for them the problem is resolved!!? I would like to recover my VET which I thought I had sent correctly, but after reading the hard Sync receipt page, Sync only accepts on the Vechain. Could you help me please ? THANKS
