How can i get the number of miss matches? #117

If it is not 100% match, it is marked as symbol (~, ?).
Can i get the exact value of identity? (matched/ entire length)

@tseemann I was going to ask the same, also for coverage. How can we retrieve those percentages?
@mellowo did you figure it out?
