Some runs may not need a "Results" section at all - they might just be recording that some steps were completed by specific team members. It seems like this should be the default if no integration work has been done.

Some runs will need an "auto-populated results" block (like the current app uses), which probably requires some custom integration, so it feels like this shouldn't be the default.

How about a first step toward this flexibility would be to copy the "Results" code block into a modular block (i.e. it would have to be added to the protocol with the protocol editor)? And if it is not added, there is just no results section?
