[Feature]: 支持边不强依赖节点 #1688

背景&目的

项目在画流程图的过程中需要自定义多个边，并且希望能从菜单栏拖拽添加到画板上，然后再选择连接相应的节点。目前1.2.27版本边是强依赖节点的，必须从节点的锚点才能拉出边。希望能参考下drawio的实现
