apex==0.1的安装错误

您好，很感谢您的这项工作
但是在我安装环境时，我发现在pip install -r requirements.txt中，apex==0.1这个版本的报无法直接通过pip安装，不管是用镜像源还是pip的默认源，都会报错找不到这个版本

报错信息：
(mamba) root@DESKTOP-B66RDVL:/VideoMamba# pip install apex==0.1

请问我可以通过git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA/apex.git，然后执行setup.py完成安装吗？
或者项目是否依赖apex？

可以通过git clone安装的

在安装环境的时候skimage==0.0这个包也显示找不到，换了多个源仍无法安装
