History:
(Savage Avengers II#7 (fb) -
BTS) - M.O.D.O.K. was reconfigured into a Deathlok cyborg. After his
transformation, he was dubbed D.E.A.T.H.D.O.K., the Digitally Enhanced
Autonomous Telepathic Host Designed Only for Killing, and was installed
as the warden of the Prime Deathlok Ultron's Hellrock prison.
(Savage Avengers II#7) - When Earth-616's Savage
Avengers were stranded on Earth-22925 and attempted a rescue of the
imprisoned Doom 2099 from Hellrock, D.E.A.T.H.D.O.K. eventually noticed
intruders and announced an intruder alert. As D.E.A.T.H.D.O.K. was
ordering a squad of Deathlok cyborgs to converge on the area, he was
hit in the back by light daggers hurled by the Savage Avengers' Dagger.
Dagger and her teammates Weapon H and Anti-Venom then emerged from
their stealth to attack D.E.A.T.H.D.O.K. A battle quickly ensued and
Dagger eventually left Weapon H and Anti-Venom to deal with
D.E.A.T.H.D.O.K. as she ventured further to free Doom. As soon as
Dagger left the scene, D.E.A.T.H.D.O.K. turned the tide of battle by
redirecting his opponents' rage directly into one another's nervous
systems. He then burst through the wall into another part of Hellrock
prison with his opponents in tow and used his telepathic powers to
similarly incapacitate the rest of the Savage Avengers and their ally,
Punisher 2099. Proclaiming the Savage Avengers member Deathlok (of
Earth-807128) to be a traitor to his Lord Ultron's cause,
D.E.A.T.H.D.O.K. next focused his telepathic attack directly on
Deathlok-807128 but Deathlok-807128 resisted due to his synthetic
nervous system. Overcoming the attack, Deathlok-807128 punched
D.E.A.T.H.D.O.K., knocking him out cold and neutralizing the warden so
Dagger could free Doom 2099.

D.E.A.T.H.D.O.K.'s real name was
never revealed during his one single appearance though, as a
counterpart to M.O.D.O.K. from a reality that diverged from Earth-616,
it seems likely that his real name would be George Tarleton, much like
Earth-616's M.O.D.O.K.
